Registration - Open

Registration for the Preventive Health Conference 2025 is now open. Below is an outline of registration types and costs. ​

​In 2025, the Preventive Health Conference offers face-to-face registrations plus the new Plenary Hub registrations. This means that you have the option of attending the Conference in person in Canberra or online via the Plenary Hub.​

Please note: Members of the Australian Health Promotion Australia (AHPA) are eligible for the same registration type as PHAA members.

Earlybird will close at 11:59 pm AEDT on 1 March 2025.

Groups of 2+ registrations can use the group registration portal at the bottom of the page

To register for the Food Policy and Regulation Forum on May 1st, you can navigate to the dedicated page via the menu above. Preventive Health Conference 2025 attendees get a discount when they also attend the Food Policy and Regulation Forum.

What is included in the F2F Conference registration fee?
  •  3-day day conference format, includes live plenary and concurrent sessions.

  • Delegates will also be able to attend the exhibition booths at the venue.

  • Option to purchase a ticket to the conference networking function being held on Tuesday 29 April.

  • Access to the online Plenary Hub content for viewing at your leisure. You will also be able to connect with other delegates via the Plenary Hub, which offers one-on-one text and video meetings throughout the Conference dates.

 Please note:​

  • All prices are in AUD and GST inclusive.

  • If you are registering as a full-time student, you may be asked to show evidence of your full-time student status. 

  • To be eligible for the member rate you must be a current member of the PHAA.

What is included in the Plenary Hub Conference registration fee?

 The plenary hub experience will include: 

  • Live streamed plenary sessions

  • Written questions to keynote speakers through the live Q&A function

  • Plenary session recordings available on demand for 3 months following the conference

  • Delegate hub (ability to connect with other delegates)

  • Sponsor & exhibitor information

 

The plenary hub experience will not include:

  • Recorded or live concurrent sessions

  • Sponsor & exhibitor interaction

  • Virtual networking sessions

  • To be eligible for the member rate you must be a current member of the PHAA.

  • There is no Earlybird rate for Plenary Hub Registrations.
